1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital software license keys delivered electronically through email.
As the software license keys are delivered digitally and can be used immediately after delivery, all sales are generally considered final.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a license key has been delivered to the customer’s email address, it is treated as delivered and potentially used. Therefore:
- Refunds are generally not provided.
- Change of mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
- Incorrect product selection by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
3. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be provided in the following situations:
- The delivered license key is invalid.
- The delivered product is incorrect.
- The key cannot be activated due to a genuine technical issue.
Customers must contact support with proper proof, screenshots, and order details for verification.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are very rare and may only be considered if:
- Replacement is not possible.
- The issue is verified from our end.
- The product is proven to be permanently non-functional.
The final decision regarding refund or replacement remains with Matru Infotech.
